EXCHANGES and RETURNS
Regulations regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) prohibit product exchanges. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you have five days from the date of receipt to contact customer care and ask for a replacement. Items cannot be exchanged beyond five days from the date of your receipt. Please contact our customer service department at inquiries@naturalorganics4u.com  and we’ll give you the appropriate return instructions.
